I like a marksman/scout gameplay and used or tried different sets but wasn't really satisfied by any of them, because unfortunately their hoods as good as they are, doesn't fit well with outfits and gears I use.
Inspired by Wasteland Sniper and MW OTTER I've made another headgear with caps that covers head and shoulders.
It's completelly made from scratch, using the Longshoreman outfit net, the Green hood and the baseball cap as a base that I heavlily tweaked and mashed up to acheave this set.
It's definitively not as good as the work of many, but I hope some of you will enjoy it for a while :)
Features :
- Wearable by humans, ghouls and synth ( Nick Valentine too )
- AWKCR / AE patches
- 2k textures
- Stealth bonus : achievable through AWKCR by attaching the Chamelon legendary effect
Gears :
- Tactical headwear
- 3 net variants ( Full, Hoodless, None )
- 2 caps models with 18 textures swap ( 11 Camo, 7 plain colors )
- Uses hats slot [33] - Allows to wear headbands and other headgears using headband slot
- Tactical net
- Full hooded net in 2 variants : Medium (default) , Large (for special cases)
- Uses Headband slot [46] - Allows to wear additional hats
== CONCEALMENT MECHANISM

- Full net gives you half the concealment you can attain with this gearset (stackable with the camo heagears)
- Hoodles net gives you a very small base stealth (see below for details)
- Military camo adds the same a mont of concealment that the complete/hooded net (stackable with the net)
- Both military and baseball caps gives you +1 Agility
- Concealment gear have its buff splited in 3 parts :
- Base stealth : +1.5
- Tactical stealth : +3.5 - in exteriors only and if you have at least 2 Agility (just one level below sneak perks availability)
- Hostiles blindness : +10 (limited to a 1000 distance radius)
The effet is limited to the base stealth for the hoodless net, and completely removed when you have no net.
The effet is removed on civilian/flashy materials (including the faction colored ones)
To mimic a similar effect of the Chameleon / Invisibility mechanism without the transparency effect I've decides to cast Blindeness on foe using a Cloaking effect. It affects all hostiles (even creatures) within a radius of the wearer (Player / Companion / NPC).
BE AWARE : Not only the wearer, but all non hostiles NPC/Creature in the radius benefict from the blindness effect since it is casted on foes.
With that all hostiles may look a little bit more dumber/unaware than before, so you may add mods that boosts those hostiles agressivity in some ways.
