Brazilians have voted using ballot machines since 1996. Ever since, there have been no credible accusations of electoral fraud - the machines are never connected to a network, and multiple steps are taken to ensure no tampering occurs before, during, or after the electoral process. All votes are recorded on encrypted flashcards, with a local paper copy also printed, and sent to vote counters through a secure private connection. This allows voting to end at 5 PM and most results to be announced by 7 PM.
The "success" cue is the same as heard on this video, which plays when you're finished voting. The "attempt" cue is a shortened version of the same sound that plays when you confirm your vote for a candidate.
Sounds are equalized so they don't hurt your ears.
