About this mod
Normally the chest piece is only given once the players reaches level 40, claiming the reward before that only brings a left- or right arm piece.
Now you are guaranteed to only receive the chest piece.

Are you an inquisitor of Atom, do you seek the rewards of fulfilling the will of the Fog, but you're not level 40 and don't want a lousy arm piece? Atom be praised, because today you prayers have been answered.
Under vanilla circumstances, if the player talked to Tektus after finishing Cleansing the Land or Reformation and were under level 40, the player would be guaranteed to only receive either a left or right arm piece variant of Atom's Bulwark.
I tend to rush a Radiation build very early, and always do Far Harbor at around level 20 meaning that I'd normally be locked out of getting the best piece, I thought it's about time to fix that so I threw together (made like 3 edits to one leveled list) a small mod.
Now you are guaranteed to receive the chest piece regardless of level.
