Thank you. Glad you enjoy it, i play with tougher enemies and was annoyed that laser weapons eventually were outclassed by alternatives, so i made this :)
I think I remember reading somewhere you wanted to do this. Nice job!
Keep in mind though, that unless you've added exclusions for this, a Laser Pistol would also benefit from the Gunslinger perk, laser rifle from Rifleman, etc.
You'd have to modify the Gunslinger, Rifleman, and Commando perk to exclude energy and plasma weapons. So CK condition of "HasKeyword WeaponTypeLaser = 0" and same for WeaponTypePlasma.
You wouldn't add the exclusion on the Refractor perk.
I believe vanilla Gunslinger and Rifleman already use HasKeyword WeaponTypeAutomatic = 0 to exclude automatics.
So yeah, you'd have to edit other perks to remove the double buff. This is the struggle with base game perks, when you edit one to make a certain kind of change, you may have to edit others to balance it out.

So the damage buff might get pretty high.
yea i did think about that, i'll have to figure out how to add that exclusion. i'm guessing it would be "has keyword pistol" 0 or something?
Does Vanilla Gunslinger, Riflemen also stack with Commando for example?

Hence why I made a whole perk/leveling overhaul.
EDIT: It is already ESLified
