How I ALWAYS build this settlement. I did my best to make every part of this place can be easily accessed and available to be utilized (like that pump room isolated by the broken catwalks). I hope other people can use this blueprint as a foundation to make their elaborate builds in this particular settlement.
All DLC vanilla content and only requires the Advanced Settlement Turrets pack in terms of mod (if you have it installed).
