Fixes the out-of-place pre-war textures from the Commonwealth Reclamation Project mod.

In the Commonwealth Reclamation Project mod, there is a known issue where the textures found on many of the houses in Sanctuary are pre-war textures. This is obviously a bit jarring for anyone who is using the mod, and that included me. However, through the help of some other Nexus mod authors, a fix has been created for this issue.
Load this mod after CRP.
[NOTE] THIS DOES NOT WORK FOR CRP OVERGROWTH. THIS IS ONLY FOR THE BASE VERSION OF CRP.
