I found the movement speed and jump height to be really low after replaying New Vegas recently, the jump height was definitely the most notable.
Pick Your Own Speed and Jump Height is an MCM menu that lets you choose your movement speed and jump height for your character.
You can change each setting individually so if you only want to change one setting, the other setting can stay unchanged.
I recommend the movement speed at 110 and the jump height at 135.
