This patch moves Watchtower Alpha so it is not in a clump of trees and not so close to of the Swamp Folk near Quincy.
Load order:
1) South of the Sea
2) SSTMinutemanWatchtowers.esl - Will go to top of page with other ESL files too
3) 4estGimp - SotS AS MMWatchtower.esp
4) Previs files - IF RUNNING a SotS version which includes a previs file
