About this mod

A very simple transfer settlement blueprint for the Sanctuary 5.

Requirements
Permissions and credits
This is a very simple plan to get started. It uses slot 12, so if you already have a blueprint there, you will need to move it to a different folder.

Food: 11
Water: 9
Power: 13
Defense: 10
Beds: 6 (5 for the Sanctuary 5 and one for the player)

There is a recruitment radio beacon built, but I did not wire it up yet. This is so you can decide when to turn it on.

I'm working on a Sanctuary City Plan for SS2, and this is where I started. Since I hadn't put any plots down at this point, I thought I'd share it as a Transfer Settlement Blueprint. There really is nothing special about it, other than I started with the ending cut scene and worked to make Sanctuary resemble it as best as I could. There is some kind of store right under the windmill, but the windmill is too low to put it there, so I moved it out (in case you're wondering why there is a random bar there).

I wanted to use what was there to get Sanctuary ready for the Sanctuary 5.

There are no mattresses in Sanctuary and no beds but lots of couches. I wanted to use them as beds, but the game doesn't allow that. Using place everywhere, I placed sleeping bags on couches. You can still sit on them too.

I did use one bed here, to mix it up a bit. I also moved some wooden boxes over to the workshop house, then put down the bathroom stall door (from the blue bloat fly house) on top of that, and finally placed a dirty mattress there.

Best way to use this plan is to use Raze My Settlement and set it to remove special things and keep trees. If you want the ruined houses to stay, you'll need to scrap everything manually.

Then when importing with Transfer Settlements - Shareable Settlement Blueprints use the following settings:

[X] Import original items (not built by the Player)
[X] Import DLC items
[X] Import mod-added items
[X] Import farm animals (dogs, cats, brahmin)
[ ] Import tamed creatures
[X] Import or nuke marker-based items
[X] Import wired power connections
[X] Restore snapped power connections
[ ] Nuke settlement before import

There are no marker-based items in this blueprint but by selecting this option, it will import the blueprint in workshop mode which I find is more reliable.
