This is an attempt to make a nostalgic call back to Fallout's prewar world. It is a main menu replacer so you'll always be reminded of what the world lost when you jump back into your apocalyptic game. The Inkspots will guide you back home with their rendition of "We'll Meet Again" OR Ella with her version of "Somewhere Over the Rainbow". I've included two versions: colored and black & white.
BLACK AND WHITE - "We'll Meet Again"
COLORED - "We'll Meet Again"
"Somewhere over the Rainbow"
Many thanks to the wonderful modders of the Nexus who have made prewar assets which I've built these scenes from. I tip my hat.
