And its Lore Friendly because there was a FPS version of Fallout back in the day, thats all that this mod pack achieves is to recreate a FPS version of fallout but staying within the guide lines of fallout 4 rules..........
BBMR = RPG damage table top replaced with FPS grade fast paced action to simulate real life decisions and actions, the lore friendly part is that it did not add in a modern weapon nor anything that is not in fallout universe..........
But you dont have to stick to the lore friendly rules because your game your rules, go ahead and add that modern M4A4 or super modern military weapons or whatever your mind thinks up the BBMR mod will be compatible with everything.
You don't have to stay within the guide lines of lore friendliness so you can play modern modlists horror mod lists futuristic modlists total conversion modlists, or just plain old vanilla versions.
This mod was Created for Onward Enthusiasts that like to play on Veteran Difficulty or Elite Difficulty but want an open world experience from the game.
If your playing in VR then its the same as ONWARD if your playing in Flat mode then its the same as STALKER 2.
What is it?
Its a hardcore conversion that can be added at the bottom of the load order so load it as last to overwrite any vanilla or mod list you want to convert to a BBMR experience.
I used BBMR list over the Lost Worlds mod list from Wabbajack and the VR mod lists as well, you can use it on anything you like just make sure the BBMR mods are loaded as last to ensure they replace all the stats and data that are needed to be functioning.

What is immersion to you?
I see lots of information about certain aspects of game design that "breaks immersion" for people.
The more people point out the aspects they want to change the more I realized how much "immersion" is an extremely individual thing, or genre related.
The relm the game is in and about dictates the genre and gameplay it will have, however people that enjoy the game will sometimes want to make it grow change and sometimes transform into another game entirely just for fun.
What makes a game more or less immersive for you? - Only you can answer that question.
BBMR - GENRE - RCT = Real Combat Training so this mode is immersive for those who want a polished damage system with great challenging combat that is based on skill not damages nor RPG elements, instead its based on pure FPS and real world tactics so play some ARMA or Stalker 2.
Why is this mod referred to as RCT? because it has elements in combat where when you engage enemies you will need to use real world tactics to successfully take them down like slicing the pie corner skills and taking fast and slow actions when in combat at the correct time, example: you will not rush an enemy on open ground but from cover you can out flank them or just take it slow because slow is clean and clean is fast.
BBMR is designed to neither be a game neither a training simulation due to the games fantasy setting in fallout.
BBMR is and always will lean towards the realism side of things while not over doing them by completely replacing vanilla everything to ensure BBMR can and always will be compatible with other small or big mods that can be loaded under BBMR or loaded over BBMR to change certain features of it to your tastes.
Example BBMR load order change to a custom one is when you load the Leveled actors but also load your own damage mod
on top giving the whole experience your own special twist and tweaks.
Quick Note on freestyling BBMR:
BBMR dose not recommend placing random mods together and hoping for the best, when you decide you want to deviate from the BBMR full package and only use certain parts from the pack make sure the mods you are pairing it with will not be immersion breaking or buggy by making damage too high, so test them out in game with the two mod tools the 9999XP and Spawn beacons to ensure the combat and the leveling will be balanced, that's the same way BBMR was tested and balanced.
BBMR is designed to be use exclusively with BBMR damage mods (not compulsory) this way you can avoid un-balancing
issues other damage mods create due to the game being a RPG made a certain way to not react like a FPS would, this is
why when mods turn up damages only the game crumbles under all the bugs and un-balanced interactions.
BBMR damages are linked with enemy levels and level mults so all the files support each other like a team to achieve the illusion of a damage boost but in fact it is not a simple damage mod its a re-written damage system for the game to make it a proper FPS as best as it can be on this game engine.
This is the BBMR Collection Folder here you can mixx and match or use as the intended whole to convert fallout 4's gameplay similar to GTA 5 and S.T.A.L.K.E.R series.
BBMR - Load Order for Default play style that is BBMR 11 out of the 13 excluding the 2 testing mods.
These mods are very light weight and designed for vanilla use meaning they are useable with consoles too, so no scripts that require third party software is allowed to keep the PS3 an optional platform also to keep the mod liht weight and very compatible with future updates of the fallout 4 engine the the devs might roll out later on when they do.
Light weight also means if needed to re-code the mod then its a simple xEdit copy and paste to another blank .esp allowing anyone to upgrade it if they are impatient.
These Mods are largely compatible with any modlist when placed on the bottom of the load order as a group that is linked so all next to each other and at the bottom of the load order to make sure they are effecting everything they need to when you load your game.
BBMR - Forest Village - Good mod for Hunting enthusiasts or just some nice relaxing camping trips.
BBMR - total Mods are 26 .esps including VR .esps (don't load VR with flat versions.)
When Loading the BBMR - Mod-Pack make sure there are 13 .esps and you only load the 11 files not the 2 testing mods that are for mod testing they are only included so that if you want to first do a test run with the mods to see fast leveling up or spawn AI to try the combat with.

These give a quick example of what the BBMR - Pack dose all together.

Note: Do not load VR in the Flat game and Flat in VR due to the Flat version having 1.0000 as flag and VR having the 0.95000 set.
These mods however don't require to be used together if you only want certain effects and parts from the BBMR mods hence the reason for their name Building Blocks - Modders Resource.
Just make sure they are always loaded as last in the order to ensure the effects are active.
With these mods you can add damage modifiers encounter zones Level Scaling health all NPCs player level and stat and weapon accuracy. All these mods together simulate the fast paced combat of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. and the ragdoll combat from GTA 5 or Max Payne.
Originally these were all merged together as one component in the Alpha Version, however that project was not compatible too well with larger mod lists so it was restricting the player to only play vanilla, but with these new and improved mods you or a mod list designer can have the option to use all or use one or two from the Box as a little sauce some spice a little something to add flavor to other mods.
