I know there are heaps of mods that change the settlement alarm but after checking so many of them, I couldn't find the sound I was after. So I hunted down the siren sound I had in mind, cut and stitched the audio around so that it could loop or just do a single blast.. and there you have it. Apologies to my pets and neighbors who endured me making this. Let me know what you think!
