About this mod
Carefully recreated for my own personal enjoyment and later for that of other players, Nerd³'s Dalton Farm settlement is located in the north of Far Harbor, just north of Aldersea Day Spa. I spent many an hour studying, building, editing and finalising this build based on Dan's original and I could not be happier with how it turned out. Enjoy! - S

It's a fuckin' mess - it's a beautiful mess! - Nerd³, 2016
This settlement has been carefully rebuilt from nothing, having followed Nerd³'s design. It sports 3 floors excluding the water purifier, 10 rooms with 23 beds, 600+ defence, and food and water aplenty. For a complete tour, you can watch the original video which I used, which will be linked below.
The following DLC and files are 100% Necessary with no exceptions, otherwise most of the settlement will be missing;
- All Fallout 4 DLC excluding Nuka World (the GOTY Edition will also work completely fine), all of which must be on PC - this is a PC only mod.
-- Wasteland Workshop (absolutely necessary or half the settlement will be missing)
-- Contraptions Workshop (just as necessary for all the additional items that aren't already in the vanilla game)
-- Far Harbor (the settlement is on the Island so good luck importing it if you don't have access to it)
-- Vault-Tec Workshop (I can't remember what this is for but trust me, it's something. Probably.)
-- Automatron
-Transfer Settlements (this is the base mod and there's absolutely no point in downloading my file if you don't have this installed. This mod had its own dependencies. If you don't want to download this file because you're lazy, then enjoy transferring it without a mod titled 'Transfer Settlements' you plonker)
The following files are completely optional but I do recommend them for a complete feeling;
- Minutemen Morale Pack by EvilViking (adds the two waving flags outside the settlement's entrance - where you spawn)
- To have completed the two side quests in Bunker Hill in this order;
-- Traffic Jam (given by Deb) and then Prep School (given by Kessler)
-- This will have unlocked the Trade Caravan Post for all your settlements
