Save is the final version of Sanctuary City.
Blueprints are partial, blueprints maybe 1/6th of the final version.

There are certain mods I used not available on nexus like Better Stores
as far as I'm aware, several mods like that in this but largely decoration
(You don't need all of them for this to work, I suggested the ones above as starters for the bulk of the objects)
All mods I used, I will have screenshots of in doc.

This is an entirely experimental and unstable amount of settlement building.
Use at your own risk (Blueprints should be fine though)
This settlement contains:
29 million, 277 thousand, and 235 triangles.
This is an ultra modded settlement build.
Im guessing around 10 thousand+ objects placed.
This may have broken previs and precombines.
If you have issues be aware I have them too!
There is no fix. Unless you are some modding wizard or some bethesda dev.
Transfer Settlements DOES NOT WORK FOR THE FINAL VERSION (I tried).
I did not make it in creation kit.
Creator's Notes:
I am publishing this for modders or players who might want to experiment with this or people who are curious if they can make it "just work". I'm not an expert either so I'm just sharing what I can.
Due to the limited engine that is in Fallout 4 the experience may differ wildly.
At least for the save for sure.
Blueprints should work fine (performance wise). Biggest one I was able to do was around 5000 objects from a save over a year ago only one that worked. I waited 7 hours to export some of them, and nothing.
I'm not going to help you for the most part, this is part of my saying goodbye to this project forever and will delete my 130gb Fallout 4 game soon. I will also be deleting my 60gb worth of backed up save files from 2017-now leaving any saves I have worth sharing here. I will answer some questions I can but otherwise on your own with the resources I provided.

Save File Instructions:
1. Download mod
2. read text documents
3. place saves into save folder
EXAMPLE:
F:\Documents\My Games\Fallout4\Saves
4. INI files should only be used if you have exhausted all other options
or you want to compare/tweak the settings for performance.
5. Make sure you have some of the mods in the mod list
otherwise of course the items wont be there.

Be mindful of how your pc is feeling about this.

- This is NOT meant for those inexperienced with mods, or settlements.
- This is not something you install cause your lazy, you may need to do research performance tweaks and install mods you might not want.
