Introduction
I never bothered taking these perks because they feel way too expensive and are pretty much useless, especially later in the game. To make these perks useful, I increased the damage resistances, added a percentage-based reduction and a damage bonus.
Mod Description
The perk Refractor was changed in the following way:
- Increases energy resistance by 20/40/60/80/100 with rank 1/2/3/4/5
- Incoming energy damage gets reduced by 6/12/18/24/30% with rank 1/2/3/4/5
- Energy damage done by the player gets increased by 3/6/9/12/15% with rank 1/2/3/4/5
The perk Toughness was changed like this:
- Increases damage resistance by 20/40/60/80/100 with rank 1/2/3/4/5
- incoming ballistic and melee/unarmed damage gets reduced by 6/12/18/24/30% with rank 1/2/3/4/5
- outgoing ballistic damage gets increased by 3/6/9/12/15% with rank 1/2/3/4/5
Requirements
You'll need the Far Harbor and Nuka-World DLC for this mod.
Installation
Nothing special here, install the esp-file like all the others.
Savegame Compatibility
This mod should be 100% compatible, even if you've already taken the perk.
