About this mod
This is my go-to personal build of Red Rocket. Lots of little tweaks, some additions, and a few integrated mods. Lots of elbow grease went into this one. Enjoy.

***PLEASE SEE BELOW***
The mods and Creation Club content ARE NOT necessarily required to import most of the models present in this blueprint. That being said, should you opt to import this blueprint into your save game without any of the mentioned mods and content, you will be missing some models. Homemaker - Expanded Settlements is the most important mod used for the creation of this blueprint and I would deem it a necessary download.
I used three posters mods on this build; Lore Friendly Posters, Vault Posters, and Signs of the Times - Posters; due to the massive selection they all bring to the table when used in triplet. These are not necessary mods, but they sure do help complete the look of the Red Rocket if you ask me. (Note if you have never used these Poster mods: Sometimes these posters will give you mounting issues and need to be modpos'd to perfection)
Lastly, there is a bit of Creation Club content in this blueprint (listed below); should you opt to not install the required Creation Club items, you will only be missing an arcade cabinet, a large "arcade" painting, a wall-mounted map of the Commonwealth, and a potted plant on the kitchen counter. I don't think there is much else from these Creation Club items. You can easily make do without.
P.S. I used the "Scrap Everything" mod to prepare the area for remodel and the "Place Everywhere" mod to help place models and items easily. I VERY highly recommend these and consider them to be essential mods for any FO4 Playthrough. Links below.

ADDITIONAL NOTE:
-For all models to appear as they do in the screenshots, the following CREATION CLUB content will have to be present in your library:
(I would have posted links to these, but Bethesda's servers are acting up. You can instead find them by searching the in the Creation Club)
(Most, if not all of these Creation Club items were free when I was browsing after a lengthy sabbatical, so they made it into this Red Rocket Build.)
*Arcade Workshop Pack
*Home Decor Workshop Pack
*Modern Furniture Workshop Pack
*Nuka-Cola Collector Workshop (Pack)
Thank you and please let me know what you think and if you have any issues with this blueprint.
