[Description]
What the mod does is turn off the radio if "In Combat/In Dialogue/In Sneaking". One holotape is added to the player's inventory, or you can craft it in the "Utility" category of the chemistry station. Version 1.16 has "In Combat/In Dialogue/In Sneaking" and is configurable with holotapes. If you later want to uninstall the mod, I recommend using a holotape to stop the mod.

"Volume Control Mode" added in version 2 automatically reduces the radio volume instead of toggling the radio ON/OFF. You can switch between "Turn Off The Radio Mode" and "Volume Control Mode". Volume Control Mode overrides the in-game "Radio" volume slider.

For reference, the function I used is "TurnPlayerRadioOn()" and it's used in the base game. However, I've noticed that the TurnPlayerRadioOn() function is always used as "false" (i.e. turn off the radio) in the base game.

[Compatibility]
100%. This mod does not conflict with anything.

[Changelog]
Version 2: Added "Volume Control Mode". You can switch between "Turn Off The Radio Mode" and "Volume Control Mode". Volume Control Mode overrides the in-game "Radio" volume slider.
Version 1.16: Tweaked function trigger priority. If CAUTION state, the "In Sneaking" trigger has the highest priority, and then the Combat end or Return to HIDDEN is handled by the "In Combat" trigger. (If "In Combat" and "In Sneaking" is enabled.)
Version 1.15: Fixed an issue where the radio would not turn back on if the last enemy was killed during VATS. Fixed an issue where the radio would turn back on after sneaking even if the radio was manually turned off.
Version 1.14: If you are still sneaking at the end of combat, postpone turning on your radio until the end of sneaking. (If "In Combat" and "In Sneaking" is enabled.)
Version 1.13: The mod gets stuck if the radio is turned on "manually" or "out of range/in range" while this mod has the radio turned off. You can fix this by just toggling the mod enable/disable in the holotape, but it was Fixed by 1.13.
Version 1.12: When two or more dialogues are chained, the radio may turn on before exiting the dialogue.
Version 1.11: hotfix: If the player's combat state changes too quickly, the radio toggle system can get stuck until the next trigger.
Version 1.1: Added "In Sneaking".
Version1: Released.

[Q&A]
Q: ESL/ESPFE?
A: Do you think it's easy? If so, that means you can do it yourself. I've uploaded the ESPFE version, as the mod is complete and doesn't seem to need any more updates.
Q: Is it possible that this mod broke my radio?
A: This mod can't do that.
Q: Requests, ideas, suggestions...
A: No requests/suggestions for now, but I'd love to hear it as an idea.
