About this mod
This is an addon pack for my Chuck Yufarley Collection mod. It adds a greenhouse set to the Yufarley Collection Building Sets menu.

I didn't forget the suggestions and or bug reports and now I've finally updated the mod. Due to next gen update as well as overhauled menu configuration in base mod, it is strongly suggested that you save this update for a new playthrough. Seriously, the new menu configuration makes original mods incompatible with all subsequent updates.
- Fixed windmill pump so that it actually supplies settlement with water source.
- Added New greenhouse model that matches dimensions of Greygarden greenhouse, for those who want to swap in something new.
- Implemented a new method for placing sprinkler parts. I never liked the diagram method as it relied on specific door placement for diagram to show up in the right spot. Since new greenhouse model has 4 doors, the odds of the diagram method working correctly was greatly diminished. As demonstrated in accompanying video, the new method involves placing a sprinkler helper on the exterior of the building, directly above cinder blocks placed along foundation. After placing sprinkler helper, exit build mode and a full set of sprinkler parts will spawn in their respective locations. Sprinkler parts still need to be snapped into place, so re-enter build mode, grab parts, and they should snap into place. Delete parts you don't need.
- Update demonstration can be seen here:
Compact and to the point, this set contains just about everything you need to get your farm up and running, plus a few extra do-dads. Stop wasting time building vanilla greenhouses that all tend to end up looking pretty much the same, and just plop down one of these stylish beauties so you can get to planting.
- One prefab, Victorian style greenhouse. Not too big. Not too small. Juuust right.
- Snapable planting beds. The greenhouse can accommodate 18 planting beds and still leaves plenty of room for your worker bees to go about their business.
- An irrigation system that lets you tailor your watering needs to target only the spaces where planting beds have been placed.
- An old school windmill water pump to drive your irrigation system. The pump can also be used as a standalone source for your settlement's fresh water needs.
- Water storage tank and cattle trough addons. Storage tank serves as a link in the irrigation system chain, but paired solely with pump, it makes a handsome addition to any settlement. The cattle trough will keep your brahmin watered and happy.
- Doors, a workbench and additional elements for completing the irrigation system chain.
- It's a good idea to follow the steps for setting up the irrigation system set out in the video above. The placement of the pump, tank, and standpipe rely heavily on where the greenhouse is placed. Starting with the pump could result in the greenhouse snapping into place too high, too low, or not at all.
- To facilitate easier snapping of planting beds, irrigation systems, and sprinkler valves, as I did with the roadhouse in the main mod, I've included a snapping diagram which appears in build mode, after the middle, double doors have been installed. This diagram is labeled to indicate what snaps where.
- Snapping of sprinkler valves can be a bit tedious. The snap points on the greenhouse are at 3 different heights, to allow for setting a base height for subsequently snapped irrigation chain objects (standpipe, tank, pump). The valve will automatically snap to either the top or bottom point, but will not immediately snap to the middle point. To snap a valve to the middle point, first snap one to the bottom point, and the next will automatically snap to the middle point. Then, just delete the one snapped to the bottom.
- The water tank can be snapped to the standpipe on 3 sides, at 90 degree increments from the pipe where the pump connects.
- This probably goes without mentioning, but the greenhouse and planting beds can be used without setting up an irrigation system. As can the pump, water tank and cattle trough can be used independently from the greenhouse irrigation system. However, irrigation arms add a happiness bonus to your settlement, which does improve food production.
- Please ignore the power requirement indication of irrigation parts while building. These items DO NOT REQUIRE POWER. Nor does the pump produce power. Well, it does, but it cannot be connected to a power grid. I used the power transmission actor value for all the water related objects in this mod mainly as a way to require a water source (pump, tank, standpipe, etc.) in order for the sprinklers to work.
- When an irrigation system is placed, 6 individual irrigation arms will be spawned into place, each aligned to a space where planting beds can be snapped. Each irrigation arm can be individually scrapped to remove any where planting beds have not been placed. Irrigation arms cannot be built individually, so if you add a planting bed to a previously vacant spot and want to add a sprinkler arm, you'll need to grab and place the main irrigation system aligned to the row where your new bed has been placed. The new irrigation arms will be spawned into place and you can then delete any you don't need.
- At this point I do not have any plans to add gardening/farming clutter. There are a lot of mods out the which do that already. However, it's not entirely out of the question.
- Brahmin WILL use the cattle trough, you just need to make sure there is enough room for them to get at it when placing it.
