These are those things that hold containers together in cargo ships.
It holds containers in stacks. There is a bottom part that you can stack up multiples of and then cap it off with the top part.
These are kitbashed pieces of the high-tech structure tilesets from vanilla Fallout 4.
It will go well with the fixed cargo ship hull modders' resource I uploaded, but it can also work for other port/docks level design. I am currently working on another cargo ship design that I might upload soon.
