Changes the SVD Dragunov from NovaFinch's Russian Assault Pack mod to use the 7.62x54R ammo type from their PKM Mod.

This time the detailed description is actually useful. I've done a bit more than change the Dragunov's ammo type.

Changed Dragunov to use 7.62x54R ammo and ammo leveled lists
Makes PKM use correct LL
Renames PKM and Dragunov to "Soviet Machine Gun" and "Soviet Marksman Rifle" respectively
Renames 7.62x54R ammo type to simply 7.62R
Changes 7.62x54R crafting to use ECO's ammo workbench and use conventional ammo crafting materials
Other notes:
I originally considered making this not require the PKM mod and have it be it's own ammo type, while providing patches for both the PKM and Dragunov. But once I realized the PKM mod had custom assets for 7.62x54R and also how much work it would be to make a new ammo type I decided to take this route instead. Maybe if I can get permission from Nova to use his assets for this I'll do that.
