This is a female Valentine replacer, voiced.
The face is from the mod JINA Valentine. No mod dependencies. You will not have the hair in the screenshot.

This is the last one of these that I am posting. Preston, Hancock, and Nick required no extra work (except the request of Vanilla Preston) as I have been already using those faces for those characters that required no mods. The rest require custom presets and a lot of mod requirements I have already been using, so I'm not doing separate versions removing requirements, creating extra files in my install, etc, just to hear complaints about the voices.
UPDATED: NO Hands issue should be resolved.
