Extremely simple patch that just re-enables combat music for Horizon 1.9

I personally enjoy having combat music playing, so I made a very simple patch in FO4Edit to re-enable the combat music within Z_Extras.esp This mod also adds an ESL flag to the Z_Extras.esp file.
You can also achieve this effect by just removing/disabling Z_Extras.esp, but there's a few other small changes the plugin makes that you may want to keep.
