Donation Points system

I changed the 'Unsightly' trait to 'Former Slave'. It gives +1 PER and END, but -1 CHA and AGI.
It requires the original Start Me Up Redux, as it's only an .esp with the changes.
If you DLYH (which this was made for) with Start Me Up Redux, then after you get to the wasteland just save and reload, and DLYH should activate. It's worked that way for me, anyway.
