Batch Basher Mod Tool ReadmeIntroductionWelcome to Batch Basher, a modding tool designed to streamline the process of generating .LIP files for your Fallout 4 or Skyrim mods. This tool is specifically aimed at Fallout 4 users who have struggled with manually creating .lip files using other methods.

Requirements:
To get started, make sure you have the following:

  • XVASynth2 .lip and .fuz plugin from the Skyrim Special Edition Nexus (compatible with both Fallout 4 and Skyrim)
  • Creation Kit: You'll need the Creation Kit tool for either Fallout 4 or Skyrim. If you're a Fallout 4 user, this tool will be your savior!
  • Mod's .WAV files: Collect all the .wav files associated with your mod. If your files are not in .wav format, don't worry! You can easily convert them using the provided Fallout 4 mod tools, such as xwmaencode. If you prefer an alternative method, tools like Audacity can also come in handy. Just remember, the .WAV files should be in 44100 Hz, 16-bit mono format.
  • A little bit of time: Good news! Batch Basher is designed to make your life easier, and it won't take up too much of your precious time. You can get this done in a matter of minutes, even if you're an exhausted modder who just wants to catch some Z's!

Instructions for usage:

  • Install the XVASynth2 .lip and .fuz plugin from the link above
  • Download and extract this mod's contents to your XVASynth2 .lip and .fuz plugin folder anywhere, as long FaceFXGenerator.exe is with it
  • Open Creation kit and open your plugin and navigate to the quest or quests containing the dialog.
In the Data tab, click the 'Export Dialog' button to generate a .txt file in your Fallout 4 directory. Keep this file handy.
  • Open my Batch .Lip Basher Tool, Click 'Select Exported Dialogue', and open your exported dialog .txt file. It will parse it automatically.
  • Another window will pop-up asking for your .wav files. Go to your mods folder where all of the voiced dialog is at (Fallout 4\Data\Sounds\Voice\(YourModName.esp) and add your .WAV files!
  • Watch as the Lip Sync Generator Mod automatically generates .lip sync files for all of your audio files, saving you countless hours of manual work.

The New GUI is in:
  • Simply stupid
  • Easy to use: Add the files directly from your project that you want .lip files generated for, and double-click into boxes to change the voice line text.
  • Click Process Files, and by default, all processed .lip files will be given the same name as their .wav files.
