About this mod
Adds companion functions to the Vault-Tec Representative once you recruit him as a settler. Also makes him protected to prevent accidental death. (He's also essential while in companion state.)

Adds my companion functions to the Vault-Tec Rep you can recruit in Goodneighbor.
There are very few changes to his original behavior!
The representative has a pipe pistol.
And he'll gladly use it to fight at your side.
His level now scales with the player, starting at level 1.
His original level was just 1.
He is now marked as protected. Only the player can kill him.
No more accidental death!
You can also put him in power armor.
Because that's cool!
He's still at the Goodneighbor hotel.
You can still barter with him when he's not following you (access his trader menu), and trade (access his inventory) with him when he's following you.
The special trader abilities he has still apply to his trading menu.

This mod only makes changes to the Vault-Tec Rep actor himself (VaultTecRepGoodneighbor).
None of his original dialogue or scripts have been changed for maximum compatibility.
Obviously, if something touches him, it may be incompatible with this mod.
I do not provide support when it comes to troubleshooting incompatible mods,
but you can probably get around most issues by using ESP and setting this mod to load AFTER the conflicting one.
It just works!
