Adds the T60 Cape mods into the Brotherhood of Steel levelled list

Hey guys so I know how people frown apon ko-fi and donations and believe me I am one of them and the last thing I would ever do is to ask for donations or take hand outs on here but I recently hit on hard times and trying to survive, so if you like my work and want to donate, please do. Ok so my insperation for this mod came from the older Fallouts where the knightly order feel for the Brotherhood of Steel was very prevalent. I loved the post apocalyptic knight look and since I saw this mod years ago I wanted to 1st make a right arm cape which i did and since then i was hard at work finding someone that could help me with LL integration and thanks to Ragnarr1313 who supported my mod making efforts and without his help this mod wouldn't be possible and to AlanaSP for her patients in teaching me step by step how to make this mod. Also to my friends pinedog and Italiangamer89 for their support.
What this mod does:
Very simple actually, with the T-60 Shoulder Cape and T60 Shoulder Cape Right Arm installed it makes all Power Armored soldiers with the rank Knights and higher wear the capes. Knights, Knight Sergeants and Knight Captains wear a single Cape on their left arm where as Paladins, Sentinel and even Maxson(if you have a mod that spawns him with Power Armor) wear 2 capes. So far i haven't tested this mod with mods that adds more ranks into the game but if they use 1 of those 6 rank paint jobs it should work. This is my 1st level list mod so please ifyou find bugs be nice and just leave a post under Bugs. As far as i know the LL for the Brotherhood resets itself every few in game days like those from the Guards at Diamond City so if you install this mod after the Brotherhood of Steel already arrived I do think the BoS PA soldiers should start spawning in with the cape equiped. I am busy with a brand new playthrough so I have no idea if Brandis or named BoS will spawn with the capes, but I can confirm that Danse does wear them. If you have Danse already spawned into the game and he doesn't wear the capes i find the recycleactor console command works on him and other BoS PA soldiers that don't spawn with the cloak.
I also added a Integration addon that includes the T60 Equipment fixpatch that also integrates the attachments from the T-60 Equipment by Nutulator for all ranks. Knjights wear the backpack, knife sheath and grenade belt. Paladins and Elder Maxson wear's the knife sheath and as for Danse being on an expedition he has all the equipment equiped
Why do Knights wear a cape on one arm and Paladin and higher wear on both:
My idea actually came from the Judge Dredd comics where rookie judges get a half badge when they start out and get a full badge when they graduate to streedt judge (or that's how i remember it), in my head canon you have to earn the right to wear a 2nd cape by years of service and ranking up.
If you want Maxson to wear PA I suggest these 2 mods and so far i can confirm that atleast the one works with my mod so far:
Maxson uses Power Armour when attacking the Institute by Domenicus7
Maxson wears Power armor by 9fzacd (This I confirm work's with my mod)
Requirements:
T-60 Shoulder Cape by Sucide1234 and T60 Shoulder Cape Right Arm by myself(Obviously)
Incompatibilties:
So far i only found 1 incompatibility and that is any mod that adds attachments to the arms like the awesome T-60 Equipment mod by Nutulator that i will be working on a patch or modified esp because i use that mod myself. Patched already thanks to 77Wanderer. So if you use T60 Equipment mod this shouldn't be a issue anymore
