Adds a companion and a new paint for Automatron Mr. Handies along with a new voice module.

Available in two versions - Matte and Glossy.
Glossy is more shiny, while matte is more paint-like.
The paint is based on Mr. Lovely, and thus is totally lore-friendly.
He's from the Tunnel of Love section of Nuka World on Tour expansion of Fallout 76!
You can find Mr. Lovely near the Starlight Drive In, outside the settlement boundaries.
Go and get it!
You can make automatrons with the same paint!
Grabbing the companion or killing it will do...
You can make settler automatrons with the same voice!
As with my other automatron mods, you can also just kill the robot to claim its paint and voice.
Mr. Lovely has the voice subroutines of a Mr. Handy, and thus still uses them - but he also communicates in... well, you'll see.
