About this mod
Fixes the corrupted materials for the Raider Harnessed Metal Container backpack. This issue is present in both 1.4 and 1.5.4 of Backpacks of the Commonwealth (and probably every version inbetween). It could be an issue in other versions but these are the only ones I have tested.

I kept getting actor crashes with raiders spawned by the game, and a particular raider in Revere Beach Station. Through a lot of deductive thinking and experimentation, I found the culprit to be the Raider Harnessed Metal Container backpack. Sometimes I couldn't even get into Revere without crashing, sometimes I could get in but I would crash when the raider with the backpack was visible, sometimes I could kill the raider and go into it's inventory and then I'd crash.
I got super lucky getting a screenshot of the bugged backpack because most of the time I spawned it I crashed immediately.
With further investigation and some luck, I found that the materials needed for this backpack were corrupted, and figured out how to fix them.
The FO4VR tag is simply because I play in VR, but this doesn't have anything to do with VR and the fix will be compatible with pancake PC fallout too.
Install with your mod manager of choice, allow this mod to overwrite if asked
