If you want the crosshair and compass map markers to match the new HUD while inside the Power Armor, locate your Fallout4Custom.ini in ...\Documents\My Games\Fallout4
and put this in there:
[Pipboy]
fPAEffectColorB=0.4500
fPAEffectColorG=1.0000
fPAEffectColorR=0.0500
If you want the in-game HUD and Pip-boy colors to match, using the sliders I'll give each R, G, and B slider a number that corresponds to the number of ticks you move the slider to the right. All the way to the left is 0, all the way to the right is 20. So if you start from the left, the first time you move the slider, you'll count "1":
Red: 1
Green: 20
Blue: 9
INSTALLATION:
Either use your mod manager of choice, or download, extract and put inside ...\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data
I did this mod mainly for myself and put it here on the Nexus in case someone likes the classic Fallout 3 green and wants the Power Armor colors to match.
I won't be doing any requests since I don't have much time, but changing the colors yourself is pretty easy.
Just download the latest version of GIMP (GNU Image Manipulation Program) then go into ...\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\Textures\Interface\pa
open all of the images one by one in GIMP, select Colors > Hue-Saturation and there click either on green or blue and try to adjust the values until the colors look how you want them to. Then click on File > Overwrite and that's it.
