Radspiders of the Commonwealth is a pretty cool mod, that adds some very interesting creatures. But it was showing it's age, and needed a bit of an update.

What this changes from the original
- Renamed all "Rad Spiders" to "Radspiders" to match convention with radroaches.
- Added Radspiders to the Radscorpion levelled list, they spawn after level 15, with a 1/3 chance of replacing scorpions)
- Removed all the half-finished spider dungeons (Only one remaining is the vault 111 refuge)
- Removed the vault 111 note, and quest. The refuge is still there, but level 1 players are no longer directed to go explore that horrific place
- Removed all the consumeables.
- Packed the loose textures into BA2s for better performance
- Removed all rogue world edits and removed all precombine breaking edits
- Cleaned up a bunch of unused records
