About this mod

A quick batch file that sets S.P.E.C.I.A.L, adds some starter items to being a (semi) legitimate stealthy sniper build.

Permissions and credits
This is a batch file that gives you a stealth play through "starter pack" including S.P.E.C.I.A.L. stats, weapons, armor, and items. This is not game breaking and helps when making a stealth based sniper character. I only use 35 S.P.E.C.I.A.L. points as opposed to the 21 you start off with and the weapons and armor are sorta random so its a luck thing but you will never be op. This is to be used for role playing characters and works very nicely when paired with Yet Another Perk Adjustment.
Installation and Instructions
Step 1: Maunually download the file
Step 2: Unzip Sniper.txt
Step 3: Place Sniper.txt in you Fallout 4 directory (the one with Fallout4.exe)
Step 4: Open Fallout 4
Step 5: Jump (not necessary but it helps things not fall under the floor)
Step 6: Press the ~ key in the air to open console
Step 7: Type "bat sniper" (no quotes) and press enter
Step 8: Pickup the stuff off the ground
Step 9: ?
Step 10: Profit (enjoy)
I was incredibly specific with my instructions just in case
