How it works I replaced the power armor entries in "NPC leveled list integration" with a copy from vanilla power armor and added the proper skin from "Gunner Outfit Pack". I override the same FromID and RefID, so any already found power armor is converted. Since creodron's version is a heavily stripped down vanilla version, this should not be an issue. I only edited the power armor items. No leveled list entries or other item entries were touched. They now have the right keywords to use misc, linings and material modifications on them. And they spawn with the Gunner material of course. I did no changes to the material aswell.
Installation Install with your favored mod manager.
Pitfalls If you use M8r98a4f2'sComplex Item Sorter you need to rebuild your "M8r Complex Sorter.esp" or patch it with xEdit. Else the power armor might not be modable. Let's pretend I didn't waste a hour searching for that problem >_> If you install the mod in a running save and have already looted power armor, you might run into issues with the materials. The Gunner decal might transfer over to some skins. On all looted power armor you get after installation, this shouldn't be an issue.
Special Thanks HarrowedRed - for his comment that send me down this whole rabbit hole
