OK here is a unique save game
100% Legit, Sanctuary Challenge, Survival Difficulty, Hardcore, no death run.
Completed the Sanctuary challenge half a dozen times, this time was the funnest. Took 2-3 weeks real play time. Since the Creation Club came out I've managed to either get the creations when they were free or purchase them. The most important one is the Settlement Ambush Kit. I used this multiple times with the idiot savant perk to level up as fast as possible. The character is level 118 with 1131 Hit Points. I when initially with a Heavy Gun build but stopped investing points a while back. You have 31 unspent Perk points to place where you like, more then enough to customize your build even further. Many legendary items where found, all the items are right near where you start in metal cases kept away from those pesky settlers. Speaking of settlers there are 27 in one save and 32 in the save where all the level 4 random merchants where found. All settlers are armed with gattling lasers and full combat armor.
I really wanted to get all the very hard to get Random Level 4 Unique settlement merchants this time, so after i hit level 118 i went and got all the
Random Level 4 Unique settlement merchants: The Scribe, Ron Staples, Doc Anderson & Smiling Larry. Just reloaded survival saves and ran to the two random spawn location carefully avoiding any combat or talking to anyone, just picked up Dogmeat and threw up a Recruitment Beacon at Red Rocket then saved there to reloaded to get the merchants.
There where no plugins or esps used except for F4SE and the creation club stuff.
This is the primary save and a perfect start for you
to enjoy a run through fallout 4, enjoy!
