Makes the Vanilla Cannibal Perk viable by simply giving the perk a little more weight!

Gonna leave this up exactly the way it is, but if someone is interested in a more in depth version of the cannibal perk i leave this here for ya:

So far i managed to find two mods around the Nexus which increased the power of the Vanilla Cannibal Perk, but neither one really gave me what i was looking for. One of them felt insanly overpowered while the other one was fun... but still had the weak effect of the vanilla perk (kinda). I simply changed the numbers a little. The exact numbers will be found on the file description.
Really dont wanne tell you how to install this crap, if my crappy perk edit is the first mod you ever install may god have mercy with your soul. And since i dont know how to make fancy descriptions nor can be bothered to look it up... just enjoy the useless vanilla perk being useful now.
If requested i could probably make a weaker/stronger version.
