This is an updated version of my patch for PRP 65.x.

THIS PATCH DOES NOT WORK. I will leave it here for information purposes only until this issue is resolved.
As of today, November 6, 2023, the Goodneighbor Condo Player Home has been removed from Nexus. When run together with PRP 69.x, the door to the Condo is inaccessible. It is my hope that RRTV will find a solution to this problem and re-post the mod, but as of now, the Condo does not work with PRP.
This patch restores the door to RedRocketTV's Goodneighbor Condo Player Home, which PRP overwrites. It MUST load AFTER PRP and at or near the bottom of your load order.
