"Factory of Fears" is an action-packed mod for Fallout 4 that has the sole survivor stumble on a prewar small metal refining facility that has been taken over by a group of aggressive Mutants who are using the place as a base
This is my first attempt at creating an exterior location mod. In an effort to ensure that this mod remains isolated and does not interfere with any other aspects of the game, I've chosen to position the building in the lower-left corner of the map, at a distance from Somerville Place.
Once the camp is cleared there is a unique melee weapon on the boss.
There is an issue with this mod interfering with South of the Sea: Atom's Storm at the mod location as such if you are using South of the Sea: Atom's Storm do not download this mod
