Confessor Adalia is a cut NPC and a Child of Atom. Her NPC data was nearly complete, needing only a unique face, as she was using the default face for Nora. Rather than give her a generic CoA face, though, I modified her default face into something more fitting for a Confessor of Atom (see screen shot).
The Fo4 wiki entry suggests she was intended for use at the Crater House, so that's where I placed her. But be warned. She doesn't know you. She doesn't like you. And if she sees you, she will try to kill you.
Compatibility
I restored her with a new base record to avoid conflicts with mods they may have repurposed her vanilla records. As such, she should be compatible with anything.
