Small Tweaks For Camouflage Armor Paintjobs mod.

Changes (For both main file and DLC addon):
- Added crafting requirements for each paintjob (2 Adhesive & 2 Oil).
- Changed each paintjob name. (e.g. from [MTP Camo] to Camo - MTP)
Additional file for a version of the main file with the pipboy "Flecktarn" paintjob removed for those who are also using Pip-Boy Camo Pack and don't want 2 same flecktarn paintjobs.
