Replica of the Staser gun found during the Perdition Protocol quest, and can be crafted after that quest.

Thanks to Plantainsame for the recipe, I just implemented it
ESL marked ESP
Once you finish the Perdition Protocol quest, it will appear in the
Chemlab under GALLIFREYAN, has all the same stats as the original
staser, minus the Featured Item keyword (so your companions can use it)
Requires the following to craft after the mentioned quest:
4 crystal
4 steel
4 plastic
2 Nuclear Material
1 tardis repair kit
1 rank in Science!
Requires Fallout Who Regenerated 1.2 (1.1 is for fwr 1.1)
ESL marked ESP
