Is not a work of art given that I used bit and pieces of different fallout games assets to built the cutter... my intention was to follow the lore of the games where Isaac would always join loose parts to make himself the first weapon of the game... It is found on Vault 111, beside the rest of the gear, and some plasma cartridges...
