What is this mod?
This mod is very simple:
Replaces the trigger icon and sound effect for the Idiot Savant perk
Adds the same sound effect to the Institute teleportation sound.
There is no ESP, just folders that ensure the files override the correct ones.
If you don't want the new teleportation sound, see the gallery for the simple 1-step solution.
