Added an exterior workshop workbench
Added some powered pylon wall connectors to the exterior
Added powered pylon wall and ceiling connectors the every room of the interior cell
Adds a workshop settlement to the interior and exterior of Gunner's Plaza. The build area covers the entire cell. I added a map marker that is already discovered that when travelled to spawns you into the interior. I also added a hatch to a small interior apartment next to the Workshop Workbench. The interior apartment has a locker with some building supplies, ammo boxes with a few hundred of every ammo type, and two medkits with a handful of chems. I added wall and ceiling connectors to every interior room that will provide 9999 power radius, and 999 power generated. You'll be able to fast-travel into GNN Plaza, and be able to fast-travel out from the inside. *NO DLC REQUIRED*
FEATURES: -Ceiling/Wall power connectors that will have act like a pylon with a radius of 9999, and 999 power generated -Hatch to a safehouse next to the interior workshop workbench with clean water sinks, stove, bed, pet dog, and pet cat. -Fast Travel target that will spawn you inside of the lobby infront of the Workshop Workbench -Build area covers the whole entire cell -Turned of Pre-Vis for the interior cell -Ability to fast travel from the inside of GNN, as well as the safehouse apartment -A locker with 100-500 of every scrap material in the safehouse -Few ammo boxes with 5-200 of every ammo type in the safehouse -Two medkits with a handful of chems -Unique containers inside the safehouse with no respawns if you decide to store things there -Exterior Workshop
