FIXED: Addressed all reported bugs, such as the mod being untoggleable for some, and fear rates being far too high.
ADDED: New fear event, triggered when you successfully intimidate an enemy.
CHANGED: Rebalanced fear chance rates.
OPTIMIZED: Major script optimizations and logic improvements. This mod is now extremely low-impact.
REMOVED: Removed the option to configure fear chance rates, this was a hacky and lazy solution to an improper balancing pass by me. The mod should "feel" much better now, but be sure to report any feedback.

FIXED: The restarter quest for the CombatStateChangeHandler quest now fires as intended, so the mod will work without issue on long play sessions.
ADDED: A far more in-depth calculation system for fear chance! - Fear is now based on your charisma level (including buffs) and enemy type. - Each rank of the Intimidation perk gives you a higher chance to scare enemies. - Only humans, non-feral ghouls, and small animals are capable of fear events. - Large enemies such as super mutants and power-armored enemies will no longer be scared off by power armor. - This saves on processing power, as the system is more selective of who can be scared, so less package processing has to occur.
ADDED: Far more customization to the MCM. Tweak it as you see fit!
