Adds various waist-wrapped jumpsuits to the wasteland using the RobCo Patcher.

Using the magic of the RobCo Patcher, adds radbeetle's More Alternative Jumpsuits to several leveled lists, allowing them to seamlessly appear in the wasteland.
"But Platinum," some may ask, "you already have a mod that does this! How is this different?"
The primary difference is in implementation, in that the SPID version is more focused on actually getting NPCs to wear the outfits while this version is more focused on leveled list integration with NPC distribution being less of a priority. SPID is also a bit finnicky in Fallout 4, especially when interacting with settlers, so this can be viewed as less of an outright replacement and more of a companion mod when used specifically with the non-settler version of the SPID mod.
This adds appropriate jumpsuits to the LL_Clothes_Wastelander, LL_Clothes_Institute_Refugee, LL_Clothes_Any, LLI_Vendor_Clothes_Any_Basic, and LLI_Loot_Clothes_Any_Basic leveled lists, allowing them to appear on random settlers, Institute refugees that start spawning after the destruction of the Institute, and various clothing stores and loot containers around the wasteland.
Includes 2 .ini files, one for the DLC version and one for the non-DLC version. Whichever file you're not using will, naturally, not be loaded.
Does not currently include manual distribution; this is possible, but something I may or may not get around to.
