Bernie started as a companion character I created and was inspired by "Mary Keller" a character created by the hugely talented creator of "Arefu Expanded" and "Crimson Caravan" Azar. Now you can play as Bernie and as of version 2 you have a hairstyle created by Azar.
Her companion file for Fallout 3 is http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/11043/?
And she also appeared in a combined mod which features 3 companions - http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/16616/?
To get the same look exactly you will need a few mods installed. You don't have to have these for the game to work, but her looks is probably dependant on them. I highly recommend them as well. Her body in the screen shots is my pre set for CBBE, so you she will have the body your game is using.
You will HAVE to have the ponytail Hairstyles by Azar for the updated file and Ponytail Variations for the original or she will be bald. The others should be fine without but she won't have the same look
