This seemed like an obvious settlement to reclaim, so I was shocked when it wasn't an option; and while there's a few other mods at this location, I wanted to do my own version with some things none of the others had.
Features
Snappable Moveable Shack Structure
Highly Scrappable, without the need for outside mods.
Repairable Radio Tower, that functions as a Settler Recruitment Beacon when powered.
Regenerated Precombines
Custom Borders which perfectly match the build space.
Dynamic Navmesh that adjusts as you scrap.
Attack Points beyond the settlement borders.
Full Functionality such as radiant quests, minutemen quests, raider quests, recruitment, provisioners, and so on.
Linked Crops and Workbenches
Automatic Corpse Cleanup, a short while after claiming the settlement the settler corpses and skeletons will be disabled.
