Capital Imports - a custom 2X2 commercial plot that sells armors and items directly in from the Capital Wasteland. Sells the Good Fighter and Talon Company mercenaries armors, Aqua Pura water, Vault 101 Jumpsuits, Enclave officer outfits and several junk items from Fallout 3

Plaza Defense - a 3X3 basic martial plot that turns the statue from GNR plaza in DC into a defensive strong point, starts out as some sandbags and basic defenses, becomes more formidable as it levels up, has a turret at level 3

Mercenaries armory - an interior armory plot featuring a lot of decorations, great for smaller outpost

Mercenaries Refuge - A new HQ room design, fully decorated with many nods to Fallout 3 and D.C. Adds space for 8 more HQ workers

Good Fighters safehouse - A small Good fighter mercenaries safehouse, houses four Good Fighter mercenaries, decorated, has idle markers. The mercenaries are set to randomly go outside of their safehouse and idle.

Unlocking

In order to build the plots, you will need to complete the quest "The Good Fight" by traveling to GNR in D.C. and defeating the Talon Company mercs. Once the quest is complete, the plots will unlock. The HQ room plan and Word Repopulation cell are unlocked by default.
