Four quite different settlement locations on the coastline. Well one has at least a pond.

Adds four new settlements along the coastline of Far Harbor
Please Note
In order to ensure maximum compatibility 5000 other Far Harbor mods this mod does not touch precombines or previs, This means that not everything is scrappable, such as the old houses in Pebble Pond.
I don't use normal workbenches. Look for red mailboxes or red trunks instead.
It's best to use Place Anywhere.
Pine Lane
An old ruin that needs to be scrapped. Very small space but it has road access.
Big Pier
The house is big and ruined. Behind it however is a big usable pier. Perfect for building lake dwellings.
Pebble Pond
A pond surrounded by three houses and a garage. The parking space is ideal for building and the small pier is great for water production or making nice bridges.
Seaside bridge
Build your settlement on a bridge and control the traffic. With some planning you can build houses on the side or down at the river.
Important
Always check if your settlements have 50% happiness on start. (Not only mine) If they have 20%, something is conflicting and you shouldn't save.
