Features
  • The Decontamination Arch now uses 10 energy instead of just 2.
  • Removed 2 gold ingots from the Sanctuary Hills basement, leaving only 1.
  • Removed the early 10mm pistol and locked the one in the Cryolator room behind an Expert lock. The 10mm in Sanctuary is replaced by a random pipe gun.
  • Reduced the amount of stimpaks in Vault 111.
  • Explosive ammo deals 10 damage instead of 15.
  • Less XP from lockpicking, crafting, and discovering locations.
  • The player receives more damage in VATS (from x0.1 to x0.25).
  • Cells and vendors take longer to reset to compensate for the longer in-game time spent in Survival mode.
  • Increased the cost of most services.
  • Copper, silver, and gold bars are heavier.
  • Hardcore needs can now kill you.


Requirements
  • Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch - UFO4P, required by PRP.
  • Previsibines Repair Pack, its PPF.esm shares an override with this mod so its fixes were directly forwarded, making it a requirement. This wasn't done through a patch because everyone should be using these 2 requirements for a functional game.
