Changes many of the Base Game Clothes to Under Armor and not Armor.
Added more Clothes to the list.
Actors Outfits for Characters like Deacon, haven't been edited, as i'm unaware if the game has scripts to change the value's as you level. if so, it might make missions harder etc.

Just a little patch for the Next Gen update that changes loads of the Clothes with Armor Tags, to Under Armor, so you can wear Armor on top.
This is a little Test patch and i will be adding and removing items over time as I test more of the items.

- Key Items like Lab Coat only count as Chest Armor.
